Our latest report “Opportunities and Requirements for Inclusive Participation and Engagement” offers an in-depth, data-driven perspective on how inclusion is understood and practiced across local, national, and European levels. The findings point to shared ambitions – youth engagement, digital collaboration, and community-driven transformation – while acknowledging persistent challenges such as limited impact and participation gaps.
